This change should make CI green
Both scripts differed only by the binary name so it makes sense to condense them into one. I also specified the interpreter using a shebang for flexibility.

Combine RFCs: I think we can cover 1 or 2 RFCs that may affect many developers (like 575), and can either skip the rest or create a list of RFC names in case people are interested in participating.
