The order of options in the severity field is random(?) I think it should be: [critical, error, warning, info] in descending order (or vice versa if we want lower on top).

From the pagerduty web page https://support.pagerduty.com/docs/dynamic-notifications :

Suggest we use that order:

  • critical
  • error
  • warning
  • info
