Quality of Life Fixes part deux

• Fix external camera causing segfaults/crashes under some circumstances (fixes Segfault if you load a savegame and change the camera mode #4968, fixes SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault on hyperspace while in external camera view #4997)
• Set the timeaccel to 1x when clicking the undock/blastoff button. (fixes Undocking while paused should unpause the game. #4989)
• Fix saved games in external camera resetting to internal camera but still rendering the ship (unreported)
• Move ESC key handling to PiGui, made the worldview icon consistent across views (fixes ESC button does not work in Station Screens #4851, fixes External view button has incorrect icon and name when in other views #4954)
• Properly serialize radar state (fixes Saved Game Bug: Radar #4676)
• Reset the hyperspace jump cache on game start, fixes part 1 of Trifecta of bugs revealed in sectorview (F2) #4815
• Fix incorrect state tracking logic associated with ship viewers (fixes Ship Market: rotating model not updating when selecting different instances of same ship type #4895, fixes Ship Info: model not updating when starting new game #4897)
• Fix zenith indicator pointing in the wrong direction (fixes Zenith indicator pointing somewhere wrong #4587)
• Fix trying to get the number of crew on a ship that has none (fixes Search and Rescue crash for deliver crew mission #4551)
• Add a selection highlight to ship market list (fixes Make selected item in lists more visible #3726)

These are all small fixes, so @impaktor please squash and merge once you get a chance to look at them! (I leave the changelog in your capable hands...)
