Shared with me: "Accept" and "Decline not implemented as batch actions

Expected behaviour

"Accept" and "Decline" should appear as batch actions on selecting the share with a select box as alternative to the buttons. This would allow to accept/decline all selected pending shares at once -> better consistency, usability improvement

Actual behaviour

• Not implemented
• The function triggerShareAction should be implemented similar to move/copy actions, not in the view
• Quick fix implementation in Divide "Shared with me" view into pending, accepted and declined sections #5177
