This release brings some changes to the structure of the README file, plus revisions to most of the text.
- A new section, Quick start, has been added.
- A previous section, Authors and history, has been merged into the Acknowledgments section.
- The content of most sections has been revised, enhanced, and clarified.
- A few additional sources have been acknowledged.
