It still remains in the bridge, test this when PVID bug is fixed if this fix this also. #349

Just checked, changes in #349 did not help this issue.

Fix pending on my "misc. branch", caused by regression inside the v24.03 release cycle, so not necessary to document in release notes.

In 4bfedf7 support for disabling IPv6/IPv4 link-local addresses was
added, which in turn caused this regression.

Regression in the v24.03 release cycle, not released -- low severity.

Fixes #353
