Update Sardinian translation (#9796)

* Update Sardinian translation

Only three strings missing, because of difficulty to translate them without context.

1 - "This updates  and  fields of /, /works, /books and /authors records in the database." - What is "and" supposed to mean here? Is it a boolean logical operator? Also I've left things like "/works" in English in other strings, I hope it's the correct choice.
