"compiler_deps" should include dependencies needed by the code being compiled within the tests (i.e., android dependencies), while "deps" should include only dependencies needed by the test code itself (i.e., not android dependencies). PiperOrigin-RevId: 678834626

"compiler_deps" should include dependencies needed by the code being compiled
