Description
This upgrades a few packages with minor version bumps and several other transitive dependencies to resolve some warnings identified by
npm audit. All critical warnings are resolved.This also changes the
createscript to install this (create-foxglove-extension) dependency from v1, since we're no longer on 0.x.With these changes, a user should no longer encounter security warnings when creating an extension.
