[DOCS] Standardize advanced setting deprecation admonitions

Summary

This PR updates https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/advanced-options.html so that all the deprecated settings are called out using the format described in https://github.com/elastic/docs?tab=readme-ov-file#additions-and-deprecations. The version used in the deprecation message is derived from #83372, #160602, #114578, #57209
