How send current date and time to mqtt topic?

Please help, how send to mqtt topic current date and time on example
format: 2018-12-26T10:58:30? I want save date and time event to retained topic. Thank you.

The mqtt messages already contain the date and time. There is no need to add another time and date field. This date and time is already stored in your mqtt broker database if the message is retained. See example below (the date and time in grey letters are the one saved by the mqtt broker) :

Tasmota does not have a buffer for mqtt messages. If the broker is down, the message will not be retransmitted.

I meant not to turn off the broker, but to turn off the client on the phone, for example, the IoT MQTT Dashboard application. My broker service is cloudmqtt. When the phone was turned off, a retain message came to the broker. When the phone is turned on, the messages I see, but the time and date are not message, but the current time. Becouse I wanted to add the date and time of the message directly to the topic)

The date is in the broker, not in the client. If you open your mqtt dashboard client you should see the older messages.

In the screenshot I show you, I just open the mqtt viewer, I subscribe to # (that means all) and it pops up all the retained messages with their own date and time.

I tried again. The alarm message send from rule to topic tele/sonoff_rf/ALARM at 16:10, but the time in IoT MQTT Dashboard was 16:42. This is the time to connect to the broker (
