This is the v2.0 release.

Drop Django 3.1
Add Django 4.1, 4.2, 5.0(pre)
Drop Python 3.7
Add Python 3.11, 3.12
Update linting - replace isort, flake8 with ruff
Add device, os, browser fields to UserVisit model (h/t @mboboc)


          Add management command to backfill missing UA data
