Please note I wasn't able to test this PR extensively with a SFTP server as I do not have a convenient access to one. Testing of the SFTP part is especially appreciated. |

Please note that unlike the "Delete" function from the FileTree package that sends files to Trash, this delete is permanent. Let me know if you would like it to behave more like the function in the Tree package.
