Correction failed for one partition

Hi,

durring the read correction, I am not able to finish one of the steps. The error occurs while running oc2cns.
While many other partitions run successfully, one of them failed several times (I run the job at several different computers in the cluster, thus it seems to me as more "data-linked" problem then "machine-linked" one.)

The job produced following log named "cns_1_cns_part_35.sh.log"
