Cauldron Dyeing

This part of the API currently has Parity to bedrock with the ability to Color water within the cauldron to allow for cauldron dyeing with Leather Armor. Whats more is the ability to Color certain Dye Variants within the cauldron meaning you can dye up to 24 items per 1 dye.

Note: Future Plans will to implement a Crafting API for cauldrons.
