• Bumps the CNI plugins from 0.8.7 to 0.9.1

• host-device: Add support for DPDK device (Fix 487 makefile changes #490). Host-device plugin is a noop for DPDK devices

Fixes:

• vlan: fix error message text by removing ptp references (StartVM hardcoded to weavworks/ignite:<tag> #566). Fixing a few error messages that the vlan plugin returns. These appear to be mistaken references to the ptp plugin.
• vlan: Fix error handling for delegate IPAM plugin (Feature: Break out ignite/images/kernel/ into a project weaveworks/firecracker-kernels` #568).
• deps: bump coreos/go-iptables (Update vendored libraries #563).
