This mostly effects the EL7 facts that were generated recently but there were a few old fact sets that were missing these as well. I've also expanded the fact set tests so that in addition to ensuring that they're valid JSON, we also ensure the presence of the
ipaddressfact. There are a few cases of old fact sets without theipaddressfact that have been left as pending as I wasn't able to easily regenerate them.Fixes #127
