Description
This pull request adds the correct Beirut approach circle boundary. (Beirut CTR zone which is controlled by Approach).
Motivation and Context
This change is required because the default SimAware tracon circle for Beirut is incorrect as in too large. This pull request updates its center and reduces the radius to the correct size.
How to prove the effect of this PR?
Usually in the past the .geojson file used to have a map drawn on github which show the change visually. Now I will provide a screenshot from elsewhere.
