Use SYS_OracleHome to configure ORACLE_HOME #9

Currently the plugin does not use the configured ORACLE_HOME but should use that instead relaying on the environment variable ORACLE_HOME

          Fixes #8 and #9 Set ORACLE_HOME if not set on system level.
