Added reproducible data and workflow

Added workflow, test sets, and the-precomputed workflow along with benchmarking of the datasets in heatmap plot.

Minion Update from v1.0 and bug fixed

1. Parallel version now takes 5 fastq to map with reference genome.
2. A Note is mentioned in README and solution suggestion about the bug that "gnu parallel" behaves unnatural and exit immediate from the wrapper script.

Major release with ONT and PacBio support

The STRspy package's first big update (v1.0) supports alignment of ONT and PacBio Reads. For ease of use, the release also contains a number of utilities and supporting scripts.
