Windows build version fix

Build process for Windows exe failed as it disliked the 1.0.1-0 version. Updated to 1.0.2

Player build release

In preparation of the deployment of the NPLD player, this is the intended release candidate.
Please note that, this is the same software as previously, with both print and devtools configuration set to disabled.

BL Test

Further NPLD player build testing, again focussed on BL (as a test LDL).

Build testing

The defining and inclusion of the token value is critical to the NPLD player. This prerelease continues its testing.

Changed token, without print

The previously commited PR'd print code has been reverted and the readme has been updated. This release is therefore back to the latest pre-cyber attack - EXCEPT that a different token has been specified.

To investigate status of printing, this tag includes the previously uncommitted code.
