PNGGlitch v1.1.0

This is the first release in over five years. Hooray!

This release switches PNGGlitch to Setuptools-based installation and Sphinx-based documentation. I'm still figuring the environment out, so any help is welcome. You can e.g. open an issue about any release step I might have forgotten.

The plan forward is that this will be the last release to support Python 2. After this, I'll upgrade the project to Python 3 and only Python 3. I will use this breaking change to also give the API a major overhaul.

PNGGlitch 1st Patch

Just a quick update that removes two completely unnecessary imports. Ignore the first release.
