Tool versions managed by asdf
A static bundle is built using npm and served from disk.
Environment sent to the web is generated by ./build-env-variables.sh. This scripts writes /static/env-variables.js that exposes any environment variables prefixed with "CHART_FRONT_" to the global window object.
