In #5, I introduced a minor issue as the general LUT and the hemisphere-wise LUTs need to be merged into one.

To do this, I will need @yasseraleman's knowledge :)

I believe we just want to have a single tpl-fsaverage_seg-aparc_dseg.tsv where the surface fields are added (index and name) by matching the color.
