Cannot switch between connector list with multiple Kafka Connect

Hi,

We're experiencing this issue since we upgraded to v0.18. We have MirrorMaker2 and Kafka Connect cluster as part of our setup. Earlier (v0.17.0), when we would click on the Connects tab, we'd see both of them and clicking on either one would show connectors specific to either MM2 or Kafka Connect. This is not the behavior in the newer version, where the list of connectors does not change unless the page is refreshed/reloaded.
