If you're in a rush, please read the Thumbs of Rules instead of this long winded guide.

If you're reading this page, it's probably safe to assume that you've looked at this repo and decided that you didn't understand much of it. This page will serve as a general guide with pointers as to how you might pick up coding, and eventually edit and manage this repository.
