We've got a pulse

This release includes updated source installation instructions, SSL support, updated jQuery and Leaflet libraries.

It is a first step towards v0.2 which will be a more modern user interface. This release has not been extensively tested and should be considered a beta version.

Include 3rd party libraries

Somehow I missed some 3rd party libraries in the 0.1.1 build and nobody noticed. I guess anyone who is using this at this point must be using it from Git.
