Why I did it

These settings were not good for these platforms and was added to avoid getting unintentional logs. Correct settings will be pushed as part of separate PR in near future.

How I did it

All MMU/QoS related configuration files has been removed and SDK will initialize MMU and buffer profiles based on default settings.

How to verify it

Ran regression using new image and results are pretty much same/slightly better than previous run.
