toggle status of "shadowsocks" to stopped. If your GoAgent service is not named "shadowsocks" change it.

toggle status of "shadowsocks" to running

####goas rule (option eg: goas *google.com* ) If not argument(just "goas"), it will automatism add Safari current tab's URL domain rule to GoAgnet rule.
