configure Maven site generation and publication to GH pages
mvn site-deploybuilds and updatesgh-pagesbranch: just executed and published https://sigstore.github.io/sigstore-maven-plugin/index.htmlonce merged, we'll see to have this done in GH Actions on each commit as started in #119 , instead of the current manual execution when we think it's useful
