this fixes the dreaded: Can't use 'defined(@array)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?)
libcolamd-2.8.0 went away, needed by the augustus 3.2 binary. We now build our own AUGUSTUS to avoid this outdated dependency. On a positive note, we don't need to build tantan and aragorn anymore, working versions are in testing now. Also installing Perl stuff from the archive now instead of via CPAN for consistency.
