added pulumi cloud Access token detector (trufflesecurity#1295)

* added pulumi cloud Access token detector

* removed accidentally committed tokens

* added the databricks token detection

* made recommended changes

* added supabase management api token

* nuget api key detector

* added aiven.io token detector

* added prefect.io api key detector

* update protos.
