Bug description

Hide "Transaction checks" if transaction checks are disabled for the network

Environment

  • Browser: Chrome
  • Wallet: MetaMask
  • Chain: Aurora ( any network without Simulation feature)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the safe on Aurora
  2. start new tx creation
  3. check review step
    Current result: There is empty "Transaction checks" block because simulation is off for the Aurora network

Expected result

Hide the "transaction checks" block if the checks are not available on the Network

Obtained result
