Pending tx fade out and come back while in pending status

Bug description

I was only able to reproduce it in safes 1/1
If a tx takes a long time to process it fades out from the queue tab and comes back. It seems to happen every few seconds (maybe the 15 sec for the polling)

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: Ethereum mainnet and Goerli
• Env: RC 1.19 Release 1.9.0 #1933

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a spending limit
2. Edit the adv paramters and reduce a bit the gas price so the tx would take longer
3. Create an execute
4. Go to the queue tab and wait there

Expected result

The tx should be in a pending status until is mined and stays visible

Obtained result

The tx shows in pending status, after a few secs it disappears and shows up again. This until it reaches the indexing status
