Cannot install JS dependencies

tinymce-langs URL started to return 403:

Yeah, it stopped working yesterday. I informed TinyMCE at tinymce/tinymce#9245. I'll work on a solution soon, but I'd like to know some more from them.

There is also the https://github.com/mklkj/tinymce-i18n repo, which can be used as a direct composer or npm/yarn dependency. The fun fact about it is:

$ git clone https://github.com/mklkj/tinymce-i18n
$ ls -l tinymce-i18n/langs5 | wc -l
      67

which is neither 38 nor 74 🙈🙈🙈🙈

Fixed. Right now some languages might be missing, until TinyMCE fix that.
