Normally enterprise users are creating business addresses while creating contacts. Roundcube shows all fields for a private (home) address by default. It would be easier if it would show the business (work) fields and un-hide fields for "Company", "Department" and "Job Title".

To fulfill the needs of all different users, I propose to add a boolean setting: "Contact form mode: Private (Home) / Business (Work)".
