Since the firmware can't pass all the required tests without compiling the varmint firmware and since there were changes in both the firmware and varmint repositories, it was easier to just implement all changes at once rather than break them into separate branches.
This incorporates the changes to the GNSS message and the main function for the recent varmint updates, as well as updates the git submodules and scripts for the new boards.
