yarpmanager++
When the prefix of a module with existing connections is changed, the connections do not update to include the prefix. This means that when adding a prefix, either all connection should be deleted and readded, or the source/destination port modified by hand.
The expected behavior would be that when a prefix is added, the connections to/from that module are updated accordingly.
