This PR adds support for the modified mc4plus in order to drive two motors instead of four but with doubled current absorption.

Hi @davidetome, for a start the fork must be rebased to robotology (there have been merged PRs in the meanwhile) and there are conflicts to be solved. Also new binaries in robotology/icub-firmware-build#101 are required.

@marcoaccame @davidetome, I've progressed the version of icub-firmware-shared as per robotology/icub-firmware-shared#87 (comment), but feel free to adjust the numbers here and there.
