Detailed description

Currently Cutter switches to GitHub actions for all CI and CD tasks. Now .travis.yml is unused and unnecessary.
In the future we might consider to add Travis again but only for non-x86 architectures like we do for Rizin:

  • ARMv8
  • PowerPC
  • SystemZ (S390)

It only should be done though once Rizin itself is green and passes all tests on these platforms: rizinorg/rizin#297
And only if Qt and all required dependencies are available for these platforms.
