Floatwheel default configs

• Exported configs as shipped by Tony.
• I'm keeping these files somewhat stable.
• I might update them in case I encounter changes in newly shipped units.

Note: I used to have personal config files in this repo. I moved those out to https://github.com/radimklaska/vesc_config
