Tunable coupler fixes

• Bug fixes and a CZ fidelity function for a tunable coupler.
• Added projection for fidelities in larger Hilbert spaces.

If this is required for the Chalmer's simulation, I guess we should just go ahead and merge this to dev asap even if there are still some rough edges?

The Chalmers branch can be super dirty for the next 48 hours. We just need specific things to work. Cleanup and push over to main branch can be done later at a leisurely pace.
