Hey @silug for now we will be continuing to support legacy facts for a little while yet, therefore we are unable to merge this PR right now but will revisit in the future when we plan to drop. |

Additional Context
Upstream facterdb and rspec-puppet-facts have removed support for legacy facts, which is useful for testing for Puppet 8.
