These changes bundle MathJax. When MathJax is not bundled, the Python package looks for the `mathjax-path` script that is installed by the conda-forge MathJax pacakge.

This PR bundles MathJax in the non-minimal kaleido builds.
When the Python kaleido library does not detect a bundled copy of MathJax, it looks for the
mathjax-pathscript that is installed by theconda-forgeMathJax package.
