This patch ignores some platform requirements to ensure that the packages can be installed.
To achieve that all plugins and all the php version and extension requirements are ignored.

Otherwise a simple missing php-gd extension might break the license finder

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.

The labels on this github issue will be updated when the story is started.
