Hopefully this doesn't stray too far from the original pull request, but I added some functionality to the Makefile. Instead of editing it, you can run If there is anything that you don't like, let me know. |

The docs that I had for the c bindings were bad. Adding better documentation that matches the rest of the package will help future developers that want to wrap in other languages. Also included is a small fix for the RUN_CREATE subroutine in the c bindings.
