Enhancement for list-tests:failed

As per #7
There is an enhancement for list-tests:failed functionality.

Added runHtmlUrl Output

A new runHtmlUrl Output has been defined which lets you grab the Html URL from the run.
Readme has been updated to reflect how to grab the url from the output.

External PR enhancements

After forking the project that Dorny created, I've accepted the PRs that were pending in that project too to further enhance the reporter.

The following PRs have been rolled in under this update:

• Report jest-junit testsuite errors as failures
• Update mocha-json usage instructions
• Update check title and remove icon
• Fix parsing of ESLint reports in jest-junit format

Further Mochawesome improvements

• Fixed fullFile reference
• Updated snapshot data
• Improved code readability

Improvements to Mochawesome reporting

Improved the Mochawesome parser to traverse through multiple levels of tests or suites.

First release of Test Reporting - Now with Mochawesome!
