This job will send a repository dispatch event to the infrastructure repository when a new app version is ready for release.

We could use https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/workflow-syntax-for-github-actions#jobsjob_idoutputs in the future to avoid having duplicate logic for the environment name check.
The token has already been added to the repository.
