GitHub actions yielded the following error. The command that failed is the GraphQL call to get the committers details. This is likely a linting or type-checking issue with the source code. Update the code and avoid modifying the existing tests. I'm getting the same errors 3 times in a row, so I will stop working on fixing this PR. |

Description
This PR aims to optimize the README.md file to make it look more professional and polished. The content of the README.md file has been reviewed and modified to improve clarity, conciseness, and overall presentation. Additionally, the README_zh-CN.md file has been translated from the updated README.md file to provide the same information in Chinese.
