I would like to install perf-tools for Intel compilers, but we don't need/want to install all of the available MPI families. These types of permutations were added for the gnu7 compiler awhile ago, but the same change was not made for the Intel compiler.
i.e.
ohpc-gnu7-openmpi3-perf-tools exists, but ohpc-intel-openmpi3-perf-tools doesn't.
